自制空气过滤器 Home Made Air Cleaner / Filter

各位网友，

昨天22/6/2013 星期六，由于在国家图书馆讲健康课，所以没有上节目。由于烟雾严重，下个星期的节目将和大家分享如何保持心肺健康的点子，包括如何减少吸入过多的微尘，善用空调、风扇等工具。

或许有很多朋友都因为烟雾来袭而措手不及，这可以从空气过滤器、负离子发射器和口罩等都卖到断货可以看出来。（连笔者店里的医药级，价位较高的负离子发射器也被卖得一个也不剩！）

相信还有许多朋友因为缺货或经济关系，没法用到空气过滤器，所以在此，跟大家分享自制过滤器的方法：



1. 这是我重新去锈、油漆再使用的空气循环机。一般的风扇也可行。只是循环机的风速较强，功率较大，所以比较强效。

Use your existing fan, box fan, air circulator also can. Air circulator is better, because its velocity is stronger.



2. 准备一块尿布（要干净的:)），覆盖在风扇吹风的这一面。若没有尿布，也可以用枕头套，毛巾（高密度的），衬衫等……聪明的朋友，你大概知道怎么做了吧！

Use one or two pieces of diaper (clean one, your know) to cover the outlet face of the fan.


3. 把尿布（或其他）覆盖在吹风面，然后在进风的背面把布打结。注意：不要把进风的地方完全覆盖，因为没风进，就没风出！

Tie the knots behind, take care not to block the air inlet entirely.

开电，一个自制的过滤器就完成了！若觉得一层尿布不够，多加一层。也可以到鱼电买鱼缸用的滤水棉覆盖在出风面然后用尿布盖上，会更加强效！当然，也可以用烫衣服用的喷雾器，给尿布上喷上一层薄水气层，以提升过滤效率和提升室内的湿度（空调房间）。

Switch on, viola, you have just made one air filter yourself. Multiple layers of cloth could be used, but remember, more layers, less air can go thru, therefore, let particulates got captured. To improve the efficiency, you can also go to fish shop to buy a sheet of sponge (for fish tank water filtration) and sandwich it between the fan and the diaper. You can also use water sprayer to spray a thin mist of water onto the diaper to improve the efficiency and also humidify your air-con room.
