姜黄糙米饭(4人份)

材料:
- 糙米2杯
- 青江菜(小白菜)300g
- 新鲜香菇100g
- 胡萝卜丝少许
- 姜黄粉1大匙
- 姜丝适量
调味料:
- 葡萄籽油1大汤匙(椰油也行)
- 海盐/喜马拉雅山盐少许
做法:
- 把糙米洗净,并倒入电饭锅加两杯的水,按下开关煮饭
- 青江菜洗净切小段
- 香菇切片
- 锅中放油,先放姜丝爆香,
- 再加香菇片和胡萝卜丝炒香
- 倒入姜黄粉翻炒
- 再加入盐和小白菜菜翻炒待用
- 当饭煮得将熟时,把炒好的菜加入搅匀,盖锅继续完成煮饭程序
补充:
食用时可以在放些生菜、灯笼椒等调味。

材料:
- 小黄瓜150g
- 有机红糖2大匙 (Organic Brown Sugar)
- 柠檬半个 (或梅子酱)
- 海盐/喜马拉雅山盐少许
- 嫩豆包4片
- 葡萄籽油3大匙。
做法:
- 有机小黄瓜洗净磨成泥,加入半个柠檬汁及盐, 糖一起搅匀。
- 锅中放油, 中低火将豆包两面煎黄, 取出并切条, 淋上小黄瓜泥一起食用。
補充:豆包可用煎, 蒸或烫的方式。豆包夹着小黄瓜泥一起吃, 别有风味。
